Who it is for

Who this is for.

Return filing is less about typing numbers into a portal and more about making sure the sales, purchases, ITC and payments agree before the due date.

  • GST-registered proprietors, firms, LLPs and companies with a recurring filing cycle.
  • Businesses filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly or quarterly.
  • Teams with sales and purchase data but no internal reconciliation.
  • Businesses that want a second pair of eyes before submitting a return.
Documents needed

What to keep ready.

Complete data is the main input. If records are incomplete, we will identify what is missing before confirming whether the return can be filed reliably.

Sales registerInvoices, credit notes, debit notes and export or exempt sales for the period.
Purchase registerPurchase invoices, credit notes and ITC eligibility details.
GSTR-2BThe auto-drafted ITC statement for the return period.
E-way billsRelevant e-way bill data where the business generates them.
Payment recordsChallans, bank statements and tax or interest paid for the period.
Earlier returns and noticesPrevious filings and any pending GST query or notice.
How it works

How the work runs.

The sequence is designed to catch mismatches before the return is filed, not after a notice arrives.

01

Confirm the period

We check the GSTIN, return type, frequency and due date.

02

Check the data

You share the registers; we review completeness and reconcile.

03

Review the return

We explain the computation and flag items that need your confirmation.

04

File and confirm

After approval, we file and share the acknowledgement and next steps.

Timeline

Timeline, qualified.

Statutory due dates do not move because records are late. We confirm a filing target for each return period once the data is received.

What can move the date

  • How late the sales and purchase data arrives.
  • Mismatches between books, GSTR-2B and returns.
  • Missing invoices, credit notes or payment evidence.
  • The number of GSTINs, states or return types involved.
  • Portal load and any pending notice or query.
Common mistakes

Common mistakes to avoid.

Filing without reconciling GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and the purchase records.
Claiming input tax credit without checking GSTR-2B and eligibility.
Missing credit notes, debit notes or exempt sales.
Waiting until the due date to start the reconciliation.
Ignoring portal flags or notices because the return was submitted.
FAQs

Questions people ask before filing.

FAQs last reviewed: 20 October 2026

Is the starting price per return?
Yes. ₹499 is the starting point for a straightforward return. Volume, the number of GSTINs, reconciliation, annual returns and corrections can change the quote.
Do you file both GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?
We support the return set that applies to your registration and filing frequency. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Can you fix previous returns?
We can review past periods and explain the options. Amendments or corrections can require additional work or separate filings and are quoted separately.
Should I share my portal password?
Do not send passwords or OTPs through the contact form. We agree the access method for filing support within the engagement.
Are taxes and late fees included?
No. Taxes, interest, late fees, penalties and government charges are separate unless a written quote says otherwise.

Have the sales, purchase and tax records ready?

Send the service, entity and return period. We will confirm the starting point, what is included and the next step.
