Send documents securely.

This website does not accept file uploads. Send documents directly to the team on WhatsApp or by email — and include only what the service actually needs.

Two safe routes

Choose the channel that suits the file.

Both routes reach the same team. Use WhatsApp for quick photos and short threads; use email for larger PDFs, notices and anything you want a written record of.

WhatsApp

Best for a photo of a notice, a quick document check, or a short thread with the team.

  • Send one message with your name, service and deadline
  • Attach clear photos or PDFs, not screenshots of screenshots
  • Ask for a secure link if the set is very large

Never send passwords, OTPs or PINs through WhatsApp.

Email

Best for PDFs, notices, multiple attachments and a written record of what was sent.

  • Use a clear subject line: service, entity and period
  • Attach PDFs or photos with descriptive file names
  • Keep the sent copy for your own records

Email is not end-to-end encrypted. Ask for a secure link for highly sensitive files.

This site has no document portal and no upload storage. Files sent by WhatsApp or email are handled by those providers under their own terms.

What to include

A short checklist, not a data dump.

Send the documents for the service you have asked about. If you are unsure, send the first group and ask — we will tell you what else is needed.

Deadline

A notice or urgent matter

These lists are starting points, not a substitute for a scope conversation. The exact documents depend on the entity, period and authority involved.

Before you send

Six rules that protect you.

Sending a document is usually low-risk when it goes to the right place and contains only what is needed. These rules apply to every channel.

Send only what was asked.

Share the documents for the current service and period. Avoid forwarding an entire folder or years of statements unless we request them.

Never send passwords or OTPs.

That includes net-banking credentials, portal passwords, DSC PINs, card numbers and one-time codes. No legitimate request needs them by message.

Mask what is not needed.

If the full Aadhaar number is not required, share only the last four digits. Redact unrelated bank entries or third-party details where you can.

Name files clearly.

Use a short, specific name such as GST-notice-Oct-2026.pdf or Form16-FY2025-26.pdf. It saves a round of questions.

Check the destination.

Use only the number and email address published on this page. If a message asks you to send documents somewhere else, confirm by calling the office first.

Ask for a secure link for large sets.

For very large files or highly sensitive bundles, ask us to arrange a secure transfer instead of splitting them across dozens of messages.

What happens next

From message to matter opened.

You do not need to prepare everything at once. A short message with the service and deadline is enough to start.

01

We acknowledge

During office hours, consultation requests usually receive a response within two hours. Messages sent later are picked up the next working day.

02

We confirm the list

We check what you sent against the service and tell you what is missing, what is unclear and what we do not need.

03

We agree the scope

Fees, inclusions and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. A separate written scope governs the engagement.

Not sure what to send?

Send your name, the service and the deadline in one short message. We will reply with the exact list — no folder-clearing required.
