Who it is for

Who this is for.

Incorporation is a sequence of documents and filings. The right structure, name and shareholding need to be agreed before the forms are prepared.

  • Founders incorporating a new private limited company.
  • Small teams formalising the business for contracts, hiring or investment conversations.
  • Proprietors or partnerships considering whether a company structure is appropriate.
  • Businesses that need help organising names, director KYC and registered-office documents.
Documents needed

What to keep ready.

Director and registered-office documents are usually the long lead items. Check that names and addresses match across records before filing.

Director KYCPAN, Aadhaar, current address proof, photograph and contact details.
Registered office proofAddress proof, utility bill and owner's no-objection confirmation where required.
Name and activityTwo or three proposed names and a clear description of the business activity.
Shareholding planWho holds what, the capital structure and any shareholder agreements.
DIN and DSC detailsExisting DIN/DSC information, or consent to coordinate new applications.
Other approvalsAny sector-specific approval, foreign-owner detail or existing entity documents.
How it works

How the work runs.

Timeline

Timeline, qualified.

The incorporation date depends on document readiness, name approval and MCA processing. We confirm a filing target in writing; we do not promise a fixed completion date.

What can move the date

  • Whether proposed names face an objection or require a resubmission.
  • Director KYC, DIN and DSC readiness.
  • Registered-office proof and no-objection documents.
  • MCA processing and any additional information requested.
  • The number of directors, shareholders and signatories.
Common mistakes

Common mistakes to avoid.

Choosing a name without checking similarity or broader brand conflicts.
Using a registered-office proof that does not match the proposed address.
Missing director KYC, DIN or DSC validity issues.
Agreeing shareholding informally and documenting it after filing.
Treating incorporation as the end of the compliance work.
FAQs

Questions founders ask before incorporating.

FAQs last reviewed: 20 October 2026

Are government fees included?
No. The starting price covers professional incorporation support. MCA and government fees, stamp duty and DSC costs are separate unless a written quote says otherwise.
How long does incorporation take?
It depends on name approval, document readiness and MCA processing. We confirm a filing target in writing after reviewing the documents; we do not guarantee a fixed incorporation date.
Can one person incorporate a private limited company?
A private limited company generally needs at least two directors and two shareholders. A one person company may be a better fit for a single founder; we can compare the options.
Do I need a commercial office?
A registered office address is required. The documents and suitability depend on the address and use; we check what you have before filing.
What happens after incorporation?
We share a checklist covering PAN/TAN where applicable, GST registration if needed, the bank account, MCA annual filings and bookkeeping.

Have the names, director KYC and office proof ready?

Send the proposed structure and what you need. We will confirm the starting point, what is included and the next step.
